To analyze the role of BTF3 and PDCD2L in HCC in vivo, we injected four groups of MHCC97H cells, namely, control, shBTF3, PDCD2L, and PDCD2L + shBTF3, into the subcutaneous skin of nude mice, which showed that the rhabdomyolysis of nude mice in the shBTF3 group was significantly reduced compared with that of control, and that of nude mice in the PDCD2L group was enlarged considerably. Here, BTF3 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
