CGREF1 and cancer: In studies of cancer associated fibroblasts (CAFs) -associated infiltration models, vasculogenic mimicry (VM) -associated models, oxidative stress-related models, and cisplatin resistance models of osteosarcoma, CGREF1 is considered to be an oncogene, and high expression of CGREF1 is associated with poor prognosis(Zhihao et al. 2023; Yan et al. 2023; Ding et al. 2023; Xie et al. 2023).
