APOB and deep vein thrombosis: Conversely, inhibition of APOB, representative of a one standard deviation decrease in LDL, was found to significantly elevate the risk of VTE (OR: 1.005, 95% CI: 1.002–1.007, P < .001), DVT (OR: 1.002, 95% CI: 1.001–1.004, P = .006), and PE (OR: 1.002, 95% CI: 1.000–1.004, P = .031).
