Our findings regarding the functionality of ZYX were consistent with previous findings.[38, 59] And this study further proposed that under the influence of ABHD11‐AS1, ZYX affected phosphorylation modification and nuclear localization of YAP1, thereby influencing the response of ICC cells to mechanical signals from the ECM, as well as the proliferation, invasion, and other malignant phenotypes of ICC cells. This evidence concerns the gene ABHD11 and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
