As shown in Table S2, HBV infection (p < 0.001), alpha‐fetoprotein (AFP, p < 0.001), total bilirubin (TBIL, p = 0.023), direct bilirubin (DBIL, p = 0.002), alanine transaminase (ALT, p = 0.003), triglyceride (TG, p < 0.001), Child‐Pugh (p = 0.001), and prothrombin time (PT, p = 0.042) were associated with HCC occurrence through the univariate regression analysis.
