After CCM intervention, compared with HF group, the expression level of Beclin1 protein in myocardial tissue was significantly decreased, the expression level of P62 protein was significantly increased, the expression of LC3B protein was significantly decreased, and the ratio of LC3B (II/I) was decreased (P<0.05), it is suggested that CCM intervention can effectively inhibit the increase of autophagy activity of cardiac myocytes caused by heart failure (Fig 2 and Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene MAP1LC3B and hydrops fetalis.
