Patients with recurrent membranous nephropathy had significantly higher levels of anti-PLA2R1 antibodies at transplantation than those who did not relapse: 60 (IQR: 16–226) RU/ml versus 2 (IQR: 2–12) RU/ml, P < 0.0001 (Figure 2a, Table 2).
