RNPC3 and systemic lupus erythematosus: Our study found that 95% of patients with positive anti-Sm, anti-Ro, and anti-RNP triads developed LN within the first five years of SLE diagnosis (77.5% of which developed LN between one and five years), underscoring the prognostic value of these autoantibodies in identifying patients at risk for early renal involvement.
