Meta-analyses were performed using a random-effects model to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and immunogenicity of treatments, including pooled risk ratios (RR) for ACR20 for rheumatoid arthritis, ASAS20 for ankylosing spondylitis, and PASI for plaque psoriasis, treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs), serious adverse events (SAEs), anti-drug antibodies (ADAs), and neutralizing antibodies (Nabs), with 95% credible intervals (CrIs). This evidence concerns the gene AGPS and ankylosing spondylitis.
