Based on the defined normal values of sCyC 1.01 mg/L and sβ2-MG 2366 ng/mL as the cutoffs, the sensitivity was low (20% and 0% of sCyC and sβ2-MG, respectively), while the specificity was high (97% and 93% of sCyC and sβ2-MG, respectively) for detecting AKI.
