CD40 and cervical carcinoma: The survival curve of a multi-target single-hit model simulated from colony formation experiments revealed that CD40 activation increased the radiosensitivity of HeLa/CD40 cervical cancer cells, which was reversed by the autophagy inhibitor CQ (Figure 6C), and the same effect was observed in SiHa cells (Supplementary Figure S3), suggesting that CD40/CD40L-induced autophagy enhances the radiosensitivity of cervical cancer cells.
