In a phase I clinical trial, a protamine-complexed RNActive vaccine encoding six TAs (NY-ESO-1, MAGE-C1, MAGE-C2, 5T4, surviving, and MUC1) was administered intradermally into patients with NSCLC combined with durvalumab (anti-PD1), with or without tremelimumab (anti-CTLA4). The gene discussed is MUC1; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
