Evidence from the peptide chip array and enrichment analysis pointed towards the activation of ERBB family members and specifically, EGFR, ERBB2, and ERBB3 as central players in controlling signal transduction (ERBB and MAPK signalling pathways) after LOR treatment in EML4-ALK+ positive NSCLC cell lines (H3122 and H2228) (Fig. 3A, D; Supplementary Fig. S4A–D).
