Upon ALK inhibition, the Tyr580 (Y580) and Tyr62 (Y62) residues of PTPN11 were upregulated, while the Tyr542 (Y542) residue was downregulated in both NSCLC cells lines (Fig. 1E; Supplementary Fig. S1A–D). The gene discussed is ALK; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
