Smaller series of cervical cancers evaluated for FAM19A4, PAX1/ZNF582/SOX1, CADM1/MAL/miR124-2, ASTN1/DLX1/ITGA4/RXFP3/SOX17/ZNF671, ANKRD18CP/C13ORF18/EPB41L3/JAM3/SOX1/ZSCAN1, ASCL1/LHX8/ST6GALNAC5, GHSR/SST/ZIC1, ZNF582, PAX1 and RARB showed comparable results with cancer positivity rates between 93 % and 100 % [[27], [28], [29], [30], [31], [32], [33], [34], [35], [36], [37], [38], [39], [40], [41], [42], [43], [44], [45], [46]]. This evidence concerns the gene ST6GALNAC5 and cervical carcinoma.
