Subgroup analyses showed no interaction between the use of SGLT2 inhibitors and sex (“female” vs “male”), age (“<60” vs “≥60” years), eGFR (“<60” vs “≥60” mL/min/1.73 m2), eGFR (“<45” vs “≥ 45”mL/min/1.73 m2), hematuria (“yes” vs “no”), pre-treatment with RAASi (“yes” vs “no”), rapid eGFR decline (“yes” vs “no”), and prognostic grade of CKD (“low or middle” vs “high or very high”) (all p > 0.36) (Figure 4).
