Of interest, three p53-responsive exosomal miRNAs (miR-194, miR-34a, and miR-192), which function as circulating regulators of HF development via the p53 pathway, are elevated by the early convalescent stage of acute MI, underscoring their diagnostic value, with a developed three-circulating exosomal miRNA model predicting the risk of development of ischemic HF after acute MI (96). Here, TP53 is linked to hydrops fetalis.
