Results: SGLT-2 inhibitor use significantly lowered the odds of heart failure events (OR = 0.55, 95% CI: 0.31–0.99, p = 0.046), with a significant difference by gender (OR = 0.45, 95% CI: 0.28–0.71, p = 0.001) and eGFR (OR = 0.98, 95% CI: 0.97–0.99, p = 0.004).
