While the use of CTLA-4 inhibitors is not yet as established in the treatment of endometrial cancer as it is for other cancers, such as Ipilimumab in melanoma or lung carcinoma, combining these agents with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors may represent a promising strategy to improve therapeutic efficacy in endometrial cancer [20].
