ETNPPL and nervous system disorder: Veiga-da-Cunha et al. [22] identified the activity of AGXT2L1 (which is an alternative name of ETNPPL) and AGXT2L2, suggesting that the former may play an important function in the maintenance of cell membranes, metabolism of PEtN, and control of its concentration within the CNS; thus, its dysregulation might have a significant impact in neurological disorders.
