The relative expression of TNF-α, IL-6, and NF-κB p65 in the cells of the groups administered HT decreased significantly after the HT intervention, suggesting that it significantly reduced their expression, and there were no significant differences in the relative expression of TNF-α, IL-6, and NF-κB p65 in the liver tissues of the mice in the NC+HT group compared with those in the HT group. This evidence concerns the gene IL6 and hematocrit.
