To assess the dose-dependent specific effects of MO-mediated gnas knockdown on different phenotypes related to Gsα deficiency and obesity, zebrafish embryos injected with 3 ng and 5 ng of gnas MOs were evaluated for their yolk sac areas, body lengths, body weights, neutral lipid contents, and hatching rates (at 72 hpf), which were compared to those of non-injected and Std Ctrl MO-injected controls. Here, GNAS is linked to obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency.
