An analysis of the relationship between AR expression and the immunological profile in breast cancer using immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, and bioinformatics revealed that high AR expression is associated with Tregs, whereas low AR expression is linked to various immune cells, including CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, gamma delta T cells, memory B cells, and TAMs [13,48,49,50]. The gene discussed is AR; the disease is breast cancer.
