The studied genes are involved in cancer development through the regulation of signaling pathways such as p53, ErbB, MAP3K5 and Wnt/β-catenin, the regulation of cell cycle and apoptosis, the regulation of inflammatory response, the regulation of lipid metabolism, the regulation of cytoskeletal dynamics and the regulation of cell signaling [32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39,40,41,42,43,44,45,46]. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and cancer.
