To examine the regulatory role of m6A modification in SRD5A3 expression during cisplatin resistance development in bladder cancer, we performed MeRIP-qPCR and found an increased m6A levels of SRD5A3 in T24R and 5637R cells compared to their wild-type counterparts (Fig. 4A). Here, SRD5A3 is linked to urinary bladder cancer.
