Prior research has demonstrated the efficacy of curcumin in mitigating heat stress‐induced kidney injury[10] and myocardial injury.[19] In the current investigation, it was observed that elevated doses of curcumin (100/200 mg kg d−1) resulted in a notable upregulation of SIRT1 protein and SIRT1 mRNA expression in liver tissue, concomitant with a decrease in the severity of heat stress‐induced liver damage. The gene discussed is SIRT1; the disease is medical procedure.
