Results indicated significantly overexpression of ATP6V0D2 in BRCA, bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), and several other types of cancer compared to normal tissues. This evidence concerns the gene ATP6V0D2 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
