MBD2 and cervical squamous cell carcinoma: Using UALCAN, we found that MBD2 mRNA is highly expressed in several cancers types, including cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), and HNSCC, compared to normal samples (Figure 1).
