Our analysis of real-world data on the outcomes of adjuvant therapy in 3625 patients with stage III melanoma suggest that TT may provide better RFS benefit than ICI in patients with BRAF V600 mutation, and this is maintained at 1 and 2 years of follow-up (86 % vs 68 % and 67 % vs 55 %, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene BRAF and melanoma.
