Previous studies have shown that ITGA6 promotes the progression of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and enhances oxidative resistance through the Notch and Keap1/Nrf2 signaling pathways [14]; PNO1 regulates the apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells through the mitogen‐activated protein kinase signaling pathway [15], and promotes glioma by activating THBS1/FAK/Akt signaling to promote tumorigenesis [16].
