The further adjusted models did not substantially affect the estimates except for in-utero (1935) PM2.5 exposure and risk of AD when APOE ε4 status was included (HR = 1.38, 95% CI = 1.01, 1.89), which became statistically significant at the conventional P value (P = 0.040) but not when corrected by the FDR (PFDR = 0.523) (Appendix Table S4; http://links.lww.com/EE/A315).
