The results revealed that ApoE was an independent risk factor for IOP in particular subgroups (Figure 2B): age ≤ 48 years, with p and β (95% CI) values of 0.01 and 0.121 (0.030–0.211), respectively; women, with p and β (95% CI) values of 0.039 and 0.081 (0.004–0.157), respectively; BMI <24 kg/m2, with p and β (95% CI) values of 0.029 and 0.075 (0.008–0.142), respectively; and TAO duration ≤6 months, with p and β (95% CI) values of 0.025 and 0.09 (0.012–0.169), respectively. Here, APOE is linked to thromboangiitis obliterans.
