Immune and pathway enrichment analysis revealed that overexpression of PPP1R14B could inhibit the dephosphorylation of PP1 to result in the regulation of multiple signaling MYC, E2F, GSK3β and so on in a mess, which accelerated the disorder of several immune- and tumor-related factors, ultimately leading to inhibition of adaptive immunity directed against PCa and promotion of PCa cell proliferation and migration. Here, PPP1R14B is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
