Furthermore, we analyzed the mutation status of NDRG1 in glioma using the cBioPortal database, and the results showed that NDRG1 gene had genetic alterations in 2.8% of glioma patients, mainly manifesting as mutations and amplifications (Figure 1B).In order to further clarify the expression of NDRG1 in gliomas, we used the analysis results in the HPA database to show that the protein expression of NDRG1 in glioma tissues was significantly increased compared to paired normal tissues (Figure 1C). The gene discussed is NDRG1; the disease is glioma.
