Our findings revealed that high expression of DHX34 was significantly correlated with shorter OS in Adrenocortical Carcinoma (ACC) (HR = 8.05, 95% CI: 2.99-21.64, p < 0.001), KIRP (HR = 3.18, 95% CI: 1.64-6.19, p < 0.001), Low-Grade Glioma (LGG) (HR = 2.31, 95% CI: 1.62-3.30, p < 0.001), LIHC (HR = 1.91, 95% CI: 1.35-2.72, p < 0.001), Malignant Mesothelioma (MESO) (HR = 2.76, 95% CI:1.66-4.59, p < 0.001), SARC (HR = 1.91, 95% CI: 1.27-2.86, p = 0.002) (Fig. 5D-I). This evidence concerns the gene DHX34 and central nervous system cancer.
