Figure 3A (72) shows mRNA expression of B7-H3 across different tumors versus normal tissue. In all tumors, except for three, the expression is higher in tumor versus normal tissue. Those three exceptions are cervical squamous cell carcinoma, acute myeloid leukemia, and pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma. The protein expression (Figures 3B–D) show that B7-H3 is highly expressed in glioblastoma also on protein level. The gene discussed is CD276; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
