Currently, many studies have shown that RAC3 may play a vital part in cell adhesion, migration, invasion, and apoptosis in different types of cancers, including breast (Rosenberg et al., 2017) and endometrial cancers (Jin et al., 2023), with anoikis being a crucial factor (Baugher et al., 2005; Didsbury et al., 1989).
