In addition, we found that in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), thyroid carcinoma (THCA), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), the risk of tumor progression was higher in the GNA14 low-expression group than in the GNA14 high-expression group (Figure 2F). This evidence concerns the gene GNA14 and thyroid gland carcinoma.
