FH-deficient renal cell carcinoma is pathologically arranged in a variety of structures, and the classical histological images show a high-level morphology: cells with abundant cytoplasm and large nuclei, with prominent viral inclusion body-like eosinophilic macronuclei and perinuclear empty halos seen in some cases (2), which is suggestive of the diagnosis of this tumor. Here, FH is linked to hereditary clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
