In this study, we are the first to report that the expression level of YAP1 was lower in NOA testicular tissues compared to obstructive azoospermia (OA) patients with normal spermatogenesis, and notably, there was relevance between single-nucleotide variants (SNVs) of YAP1 and the risk of NOA. This evidence concerns the gene YAP1 and Azoospermia.
