In the univariate analysis, the statistically significant prognostic factors for poor OS were age > 70 years, ICGR15 > 15%, AFP > 10 ng/mL, DCP > 400 mAU/mL, Child–Pugh B classification, multiple tumors, tumor > 40 mm, microvascular invasion, open liver resection, major liver resection, ABC < 951, ALBI grade ≥ 2, GNRI < 100, PNI < 45, and CONUT score ≥ 3.
