The strength of this study is the use of bioinformatics to investigate osteosarcoma from the perspective of immune infiltration, which revealed that higher immune infiltration has a better prognosis, and then concluded that two important genes, PDK1 and PPARG, whose high or low expression is associated with the prognosis of osteosarcoma, and whose effect on Macrophages M0 and Macrophages M2 regulation also has a crucial impact and can even regulate immune checkpoint-related genes. Here, PPARG is linked to osteosarcoma.
