RNA sequencing in 10 patients with CCM and four controls revealed 1967 differentially expressed lncRNAs, with SMIM25 and LBX2‐AS1, found to correlate with more protein‐coding genes and implicated in critical signaling pathways, including vascular signaling and essential biological processes relevant to CCM pathophysiology.161. Here, LBX2 is linked to cerebral cavernous malformation.
