CDK16 and colorectal carcinoma: Baicalin inhibited the prognostic status of CRC in vitro by increasing the miR-139-3p and decreasing the CDK16 levels, resulting in S-phase arrest and cell viability inhibition in SW480, HCT-116, and CT26 cells, which can be reversed by miR-139-3p silencing and CDK16 overexpression.
