HALP was significantly correlated with gender (X2 = 4.74, P = .038), limb restriction (X2 = 3.69, P = .05), performance status score (X2 = 11.9, P < .001), D-dimer (X2 = 7.88, P = .004), platelet count (X2 = 5.22, P = .017) (all P < .05), but not with age, history of thrombosis, partial thromboplastin time, or prothrombin time (all P > .05) (Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene NAT10 and deep vein thrombosis.
