Previous studies shows that high expression of DLAT is associated with metastasis in liver and colon cancer, predicting a poor prognosis.[34,35] Depletion and inhibition of DLST decrease invasion and metastasis of triple-negative breast cancer cells.[36] In conclusion, these studies provide a theoretical basis for our study that explores the value of DLAT and DLST in NSCLC metastasis. The gene discussed is DLAT; the disease is triple-negative breast carcinoma.
