CD8A and septic shock: Meanwhile, the proportions of 13 immune cells including naive B cells, CD8 T cells, resting CD4 memory T cells, activated CD4 memory T cells, follicular helper T cells, gamma delta T cells, resting NK cells, monocytes, M0 macrophages, resting dendritic cells, resting mast cells, activated mast cells and neutrophils were significantly altered between control and septic shock groups (Fig 5B).
