On the basis of the determined cutoff values of 136.5, 118.5, and 252.5 for Apo10, TKTL1, and APT (Table 2), respectively, the results revealed that the levels of Apo10, TKTL1, and APT were significantly greater in the breast cancer group than in the overall control cohort (P < 0.001), the benign breast nodule group (P < 0.001) and the healthy control group (P < 0.001). The gene discussed is LYPLA2P1; the disease is breast cancer.
