To better observe the changes in metabolic immunity after the abnormal activation of CD4+T cells in HT patients, we selected 10 cases of CD4+T cells sorted by magnetic beads as the inactivated group (HT group), and then 10 cases of CD4+T cells sorted by magnetic beads coated with CD3/CD28 were activated as the activated group (Tcc group), and 10 cases of CD4+T cells sorted by magnetic beads were activated for 48 h and added to ETO co-culture for 24 h as the Etomoxir group (Tcc + ETO group). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is hematocrit.
