CD4 and hematocrit: The proportion of CD4+CD25+Treg cells was significantly lower than that of the HC group (13.03 ± 1.044 vs. 24.05 ± 1.885)(p < 0.05), and the proportion of CD4+Th17 cells in the HT group was significantly higher than that of HC group (21.56 ± 1.831 vs. 9.221 ± 0.363)(p < 0.05), suggesting that the differentiation of CD4+T cell subsets was imbalanced in the HT group, and the results were statistically significant (Fig. 1A-B).
