RLIG1 and infection: Furthermore, FNG.chr5.2146 (CNL) and FNG.chr6.568 (N) were significantly upregulated only after infection with B. cinerea, while FNG.chr7.552 (TNL) and FvH4.1g15220.1 (RNL) showed significant upregulation exclusively following infection with E. graminis, indicating their potential specificity in response to particular pathogens (Figure 6A).
