Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analyses of the sequencing data showed that the upregulated DEGs in SFPQ△701‐707 were mostly enriched in the pathways related to neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and Huntington's diseases (Figure S3C, Appendix S2), suggesting the implication of mislocalised cytoplasmic SFPQ in neurodegenerative diseases. This evidence concerns the gene SFPQ and juvenile Huntington disease.
